I scheduled a tour with Amanda who was truly incredible. She took her time to show me everything and answered my questions. She provided me with a ton of insight about the buildings. Amanda was genuine and I never felt pressured. What a delight!
I’ve lived here for 2 years and still going strong! They are very prompt with requests or questions, clean, the gym is always taken care up and cleaned regularly (I’ve witnessed them cleaning on several occasions). What really makes them great is Amanda in the leasing office! I wanted to move into a larger apartment within the complex. I didn’t want to leave since I work in the city and the shuttle is perfect for me. Amanda and I toured an apartment and I loved it! I wanted that specific one bc it viewed the city. She let me ramble on about what I could do and answered all questions I had, even the ones I needed her to repeat several times so I can understand. She didn’t make me feel dumb or anything. I felt like I was talking to a friend that wanted to help out. She went above and beyond for me to get the apartment I wanted! I am so glad I was able to work with her! THANK YOU AMANDA!
I’ve been living at The Monarch for nearly 8 years now, and it has truly been a wonderful place to call home. The building is well-maintained, quiet, and convenient — it still looks just as beautiful and fresh as when I first moved in. I’ve always appreciated the thoughtful design and the overall quality of life here.
What has made the biggest difference, though, is the incredible management team, especially Mayra, our current property manager. She is by far the most outstanding manager I’ve encountered in all these years. Professional, responsible, graceful, and remarkably patient, she always handles every issue with care and efficiency. No matter the size of the problem, she’s quick to respond and always makes residents feel heard and supported. We truly feel lucky to have her.
Under her leadership, the entire team functions with excellence. Amanda, in particular, has also left a great impression on us with her sweet smile and positive attitude — she’s always so kind and helpful. The maintenance staff is equally amazing: responsive, efficient, and respectful.
Thanks to this fantastic team, I’m more than happy to continue living at The Monarch — a place that still feels brand new, and truly like home.
I lived at The Monarch for a year and just ended my lease, and I have to say it was the most amazing living experience. From the very beginning,through the application process, move-in, and all the way to move-out, the staff at The Monarch showed how much pride they take in caring for residents and building a true community.
What stood out the most to me was the sense of community here. They regularly host events that make it easy to meet neighbors and feel connected. The property itself is kept in incredible condition, the staff is diligent not only about the apartments, but also about maintaining the common areas, lobby, and amenities. From the elevators to the hallways, everything is always spotless and welcoming.
I truly appreciated how much effort goes into making The Monarch a wonderful place to live. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a home that values both comfort and community!!!
