Absolutely loved the New West Orange Diner! The food was delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The service was friendly, attentive, and quick, which made the whole experience even better. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a clean, modern touch that still feels cozy and classic. They have the Christmas decor up, it’s so cozy. It’s the perfect spot for breakfast, brunch, or a casual dinner. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

If breakfast had a fan club, this plate would be the president. The French toast came out golden and perfectly crisp on the edges, soft in the center, and kissed with just enough butter and powdered sugar to make you want to write poetry about brunch. The fried eggs and melted cheese formed a rich, savory duo, while the bacon added that glorious salty crunch that ties it all together like a well-executed symphony of comfort food.

The coffee? Smooth, warm, and strong enough to restore your faith in early mornings. Every sip felt like a friendly wake-up call wrapped in a hug.

Our server was a gem—attentive without hovering, quick with refills, and genuinely cheerful. You could tell they cared about the experience as much as the food itself.

As for the ambience, the sunlight pouring through the window, the soft hum of relaxed chatter, and that comforting aroma of fresh brew made it the kind of place where you lose track of time—in the best way.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — A breakfast worth savoring, right down to the last buttery crumb.

This is not your ordinary diner, it’s a cozy spot with authentic Spanish/Latin flavors that make it stand out. The place may be small, but the food and experience are huge. The owners are incredibly friendly, and you can tell the chef really knows what he’s doing. Everything is cooked perfectly and full of flavor.

At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect because of the size, but after one visit I was hooked. Now it’s become my weekly spot. I love that they offer fresh fruit smoothies and juices, and I try a different sandwich every time (although the Chicharrón sandwich is my favorite).

If you’re looking for a breakfast or lunch spot that goes beyond typical diner food, this hidden gem in West Orange is a must-try.

Very small sized diner, almost like a coffee shop. Seating is very comfortable. Very lively and friendly vibe. Staff was super polite. Their iced coffee was amazing. The pancakes and eggs were some of the best I've ever had. They give you real sized pancakes too, not ones a tad bigger than a silver dollar. The presentation was second to none, With out a doubt the best this guy has seen. See pictures below. Also the price was very reasonable for what I ordered. Can't wait to go back!

A great addition to the area!! Food was delicious and the staff were so kind. Prices were reasonable, especially for what other diners are charging in the area. My order was enough for two meals! Great coffee too. It’s not a huge space, but there’s a good mix of 2 tops, 4 tops, a nice counter, and they had a couple 2 tops outside. The kitchen is open to most of the diner which is great because you get to see the talented chef whipping up your food! But it can get a little toasty in there in summer heat given the grills/ovens. They take cash and cards. Definitely going to be a repeat customer going forward!
