The Reserve at Crosswicks

Beyond happy with my move in experience! Nicki and Courtney made the process, quick and easy! 10/10 would recommend anyone to look at these beautiful apartments if you’re looking for your next home!!

I would have to agree with the review from Mijah. They first week i moved in, there have been cigarette and weed smell coming through vents and into my apartment. Each building was opened on different dates and the first week I moved in, I was unable to sleep in my bedroom for about 4 mths due to the smoke inhalation. My child who is asthmatic has also been affected by this as well. I have since developed health problems due to constantly having to inhale that stuff. It stopped for a while after several complaints but started back. Nothing has been done AT ALL. There are always email from management sent out reminding residents of rules but are they even upholding their part of the lease where it states this is a non-smoking community. Very often I see move outs happening. I just met someone who stated her and her husband moved out for the same reason which is smoking smells in their room and through the laundry area.

My entire experience with The Reserve at Crosswicks has been outstanding from the very beginning. Jacqueline, the property manager, has been so knowledgeable and responsive to my inquiries, that it made the whole move in process a very seamless one. Alyssa, the leasing consultant, has also been so helpful and attentive through the entirety of transitioning into the community. Both have been such a pleasure to work with! The interior of the apartments are absolutely stunning, as well as the grounds and on-site amenities. The community offers a clean/quiet environment and the maintenance team has been great with providing prompt and precise service. I really love it here and highly recommend The Reserve at Crosswicks!!!
