The smoothies here are delicious and they are made fresh on the spot! The add ons are so healthy and really cool. (CBD, delta 8, sea moss). The vibe is also really nice! Service was awesome!

First time trying And It’s Good Stuff today and wow I am blown away!! We got the Buttercup Smoothie and the Sunshine Smoothie and both are absolutely delicious. They also offer Sea Moss, CBD or Delta 8 add ins/upgrades which I thought was super unique! The service was outstanding and the man behind the counter was very nice and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back!!

My wife and I are on the #eatjersey challenge to visit and have a meal in all 564 towns of NJ. We chose And It's Good Stuff for South Toms River, our 165th town.

Smoothies and more, all available with CBD supplements! We got a few small bites to share with our smoothies, Chicken Empanada, and Chicken Poppers. The Berryanna and Butter Cup smoothies were definitely good stuff!

It’s not only good stuff it’s GREAT stuff!!

This was our first time here and we wouldn’t hesitate to come again even though we live half an hour away it’s well worth the drive. This was the best salad and smoothie I’ve had in a while.. maybe ever!! And I’ve been to A LOT of smoothie/healthfood spots! The freshness and flavors in this place can’t be beat! We had the So Sweet salad, Greentien smoothie, Butter Cup smoothie, and empanadas 🤤. Everything we had was amazingly delicious! No exaggeration! The only other place you’ll get freshness and flavors like this is if you actually take a trip down to the Caribbean!
I can’t wait to come back and try other things on the menu! 🙌

The smoothies are so different and they have the options of infusements that are not found locally ! There smoothies are thick and a meal replacement. They also have great customer service. If you have an issue with anything they will accommodate and make you happy
