This review is for Philip Angarone. Talk about knowledge and efficiency, Phil is the best!!!!! Because of the age of the home and underground oil tank, it took over a year to finally sell the home. At the same time, we were looking and planning to buy another home in NC. Even after a large tree came down in the backyard 8 days before closing with Phil's help, everything was resolved in a timely manner and we are enjoying our new home in NC.
