I had an amazing experience with The Tile Shop in East Hanover during our bathroom remodel last summer. Quinn and Team, who assisted us, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He guided us through choosing the perfect tiles and materials, and his expertise made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Before working with Quinn, my wife and I had some disagreements, but his guidance helped us get on the same page and finalize everything with confidence.

The Tile Shop is truly a one-stop shop—you can get everything you need from the initial concept all the way to the final product. We were able to find all the materials in one place, which made the remodel so much easier. I highly recommend Quinn and The Tile Shop to anyone looking to update their bathroom.

I worked with Sales Associate Ariel Jack. She was extremely helpful. She asked questions, listened to my ideas and was able to help me find the perfect tile for my kitchen backsplash. She is a pleasure to work with I will come back to see her when I start my next project!

Kyiah was above and beyond! to help me to choose tile i need! And i needed specific tile 1/4”.

I do not commonly write reviews. However when someone goes way above and beyond, I feel compelled to share my experience. I showed up after work on a Monday and was greeted by Michelle Marks an interior designer working at the tile shop in Livingston. I was in the middle of my bathroom renovation and decided that I did not like the tile combination I was about to buy from another store. So I was starting new and had very little time to get things done. Michelle listened to my ideas of what I thought I was looking for and made it come to fruition. The end result just finished being installed today and looks amazing. After the tile was ordered, Michelle followed up with me to discuss the rest of the project and help me choose vanities. She also stayed late to enable me to get this order done quickly and even spoke directly to my contractor about the shower niche. I cannot recall a more positive experience in purchasing something for my home the way I experienced at the tile shop. I also have to shout out the assistant manager Quinn Tyler who also helped me figure out the square footage and details of the order and was very patient with me. A friend of mine had the completely opposite experience at another tile store in Sussex. I have been telling everyone to try this amazing store because they will be blown away by the customer service. Also the selection was outstanding and the price was very reasonable. They also had a ton of displays which was helpful to see when making decisions on what you like and don’t like. Try Michelle at the tile shop in Livingston, and you will not be disappointed!
