We had a backed-up kitchen sink the day after Thanksgiving. He came out and worked to try and unclog the line, but it was too far down. He recommended a drain clearing service and his recommendation was just a good as him. These days when you have people who call themselves "Plumbers" only to rob you, it is a breath of fresh air when I happened upon a real plumber. I have passed his info onto many. He is honest and knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed with him. If we ever need a plumber going forward, he will be the only one we call! Unmatched!
We think Jordan is great.. Five stars! Jordan came out bright and early this morning to help us with a backed up drain. He evaluated the situation like a pro!
Tom is heaven sent! I contacted him for an emergency while he was out of office and still took the patience and time to answer and assist me during the holidays! He’s Very reliable and informative taking the time to explain the work and even allowed me to shadow for future reference! Upmost professional amazing work and already have referred him to friends and family. He’s now my go to guy as a new home owner I appreciate him to the fullest. Highly recommend Kip and Jordan. I noticed water stains on my ceiling that got progressively worse over the course of the week. I called up Thomas Plumbing & Heating one morning and Kip got right back to me and visited my home with Jordan same day. Furthermore, they precisely identified the issue and immediately went right to work on repair after discussing options with me. No need to look anywhere else, use these guys!!! They professional, honest, straight-forward, clean and reasonably priced.
I can not say enough how pleased I am with the service I received from Thomas Plumbing. They were on time, very professional and very friendly. Even more so, they explained to me the problem and gave me possible outcomes BEFORE doing the work. They kept my home neat and clean and did a great clean up job afterwards. I was also VERY happy with the cost. I HIGHLY recommend Thomas Plumbing and will definitely be calling them if I ever need plumbing work done again.
