In an unfortunate circumstance, speaking to "Becky" was a positive experience. Walked me through the online process to pay a ticket. In todays times any help is always appreciated.
The ladies in the records bureau have been friendly and helpful every time I’ve been there.
I called to let them know I was going to be late and the lady on the phone kindly told me that it wouldn't work and she re scheduled me. It was so easy to get someone on the phone and she was very pleasant. Granted it doesn't always work out that court can be rescheduled, but I had VIRTUAL COURT FOR KEANSBURG. HORRIBLE. I could never get a call back or get someone on the phone. The judge told me she would send a court date and never did and I got a notice in the mail saying that my bail was forfeited or something? Seriously, I don't get it. I could tell the difference in service as a TR local. We should count our blessings. The whole team at TR municipal court is very professional. God bless our community.
