My family and extended family members have used Peter's services on 4 occasions as both the buyer and seller. Each experience was 5 star and he and his wife were a pleasure to deal with! He knows the market and I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others. Thank you Peter!

It's been a few months since I sold my house via Peter and Bedminster Hills Realty. I waited to gather my thoughts and reflect upon the experience before writing about it. Selling a home is a very stressful and unpleasant experience period. Both parties are in an adversarial situation with compromise necessary. Throughout this time Peter was very helpful and supportive. He guided me and using his vast experience in the business was able to get my home sold. There were problems along the way, but he was able to help me and together we got it done. There were the little touches, such as getting the fire inspection scheduled and done and making sure there was a non-expired fire extinguisher present. Even after the sale, he has answered questions and kept in contact making sure that I had no further issues. Would I go with Peter again? The answer is a resounding yes.
