appointment was rescheduled 4 times last for weather but the other 3 for? and I was in the office for almost and hour actually with the doctor for maybe 10 minutes
This was my first visit and I was very impressed from the moment I arrived. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. My previous PA retired and based on an emergency situation I needed to find a new doctor. Dr DeFalco was kind, spent time listening to all my concerns and immediately came up with a plan for next steps. I am very happy that I have found my new doctor.
I have been going to Dr. Defalco for a few years after I had let my OBGYN annual visits lapse for quite a while. Once I started I have always felt very comfortable about my annual visits. Dr. Difalco is always positive and encouraging. She takes time to talk, ask questions, and review my year. I never feel rushed and am grateful that she shows she cares.
