The staff was very nice and accommodating. They got me in and out fast. Wonderful experience.
My experience at Image Care at Sparta was excellent. It started off by me going to the wrong location and they kindly made a call to see if they could still take me at the correct location. They did and the person at the front desk was extremely friendly. When I went in for the ultrasound, the technician was very knowledgeable, caring and very personable. I would highly suggest Image Care at Sparta.
Excellent service for my first visit. E everyone was so nice, even the clients in the waiting room talked and laughed with each other. I was very impressed and will definitely return.
My experience today at Image Center in Sparta was okay overall. I arrived 10 minutes late due to a snowstorm and was told at the front desk that I needed to reschedule. If it wasn’t for the snowstorm my eta was 10 minutes earlier. After they checked with someone, they allowed me to be seen and complete the paperwork afterward, which I appreciated.
However, the ultrasound technician was very serious and her manner felt cold and unfriendly. In a medical setting, a little more kindness would make a big difference.
I’m giving 3 stars because, despite the experience, the results were sent to my doctor the same day, which was extremely fast and efficient.
The staff were upbeat and supportive, my testing was well explained and professional, my appointment began on time and I was done in a timely fashion. I had a very positive experience! Shout out to the front office worker and my ultrasound technician.
