She was patient with me, walked through the house making suggestions for possible changes when I did decide to sell. When I did decide to sell, she kept me apprised of what I needed to do, including recommending a real estate lawyer and a septic expert. She staged my house beautifully and brought in a great photographer. She was conscientious about scheduling showings. When I got an offer on the house, she informed me about what inspections would take place and what the results were.
