Lori went above and beyond to care for me during my visit. I have never experienced such sincere attention and care from a medical practitioner. She is truly one of kind!
Walked into a very busy lobby around 9am on a Sunday morning. There were about 10 people already waiting to be seen. I lost count of how may people came in after me. Despite the high volume of sick patients the staff was professional and care providers took time to listen.
Did I like waiting 2 hours to be seen? No, but it's flu season on a Sunday. The healthcare professionals at this location were doing absolutely everything the could.
The facility has a clean bathroom in the lobby, free face masks, free vomit bags, plenty of hand sanitizer, and multiple air purifiers.
Like you, I checked google reviews before going here. The 3.4 stars is not an inaccurate reflection of what you should expect.
Sparta Urgent Care is a God-send. I've had a very bad head cold with heavy chest congestion for about 12 days. I should've come in earlier, but I did a walk-in visit this morning.
The front desk people were kind and efficient. The wait was about an hour (there were a lot of people there), but that wait wasn't bad all things considered.
The PA took all my information and vital signs. She was very professional.
I feel bad that I forgot the names of both the PA and the physician, but both were extremely professional and efficient as well. I was checked in around 10 a.m. and I was out of there with 3 prescriptions around 11:30!
I can't recommend them highly enough! They are A+++ in my book!
Went to Sparta urgent care after weeks of dizziness. Dr Jared Smith was fantastic! He quickly diagnosed the condition as BPPV (Vertigo). He was thoughtful, reassuring, compassionate and explained everything in detail.
The office staff were courteous and friendly, the office was clean… So grateful for excellent care!
I can’t say enough good things about Atlantic Urgent Care in Sparta. The doctor I saw was absolutely fantastic — efficient, confident, and just the kind of professional you instantly trust. He had this calm, reassuring presence, but also looked like someone you really wouldn’t want to mess with — in the best way possible! He was thorough, answered all my questions, and honestly, I loved the guy so much I joked that if I could remember his name, I’d name my firstborn after him.
The nurses were equally amazing — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. On top of that, the team went above and beyond to coordinate my care with the Sparta Atlantic Care x-ray center since their x-ray department had closed. They made sure everything was smooth and upfront about what I needed to do, which made a stressful situation so much easier.
From start to finish, the staff at Atlantic Urgent Care Sparta made me feel confident, cared for, and respected. Highly recommend them — this place is top-notch
