Jardiniere Fine Flowers

I am ecstatic with how my wedding flowers turned out. It took me a while to settle on the perfect florist- quote after quote, several phone calls- jardiniere popped up on my Instagram page one day. I liked their work, I reached out and when I shared my vision, Jean instantly understood what I was going for. Not only that, but when I wrote several times with modifications I wanted to make to the quotes, she was unbothered and updated it accordingly. The notes on the quotes were meticulous, the photos they attached showed me they understood what I wanted. I signed the contract.

When the wedding was getting closer, I reached out and asked for a sample viewing of my flowers. Without hesitation they invited me to the shop where I met Jordan who took the reins on my florals. I entered the store and was in awe of the mockup creations for my wedding. Everything was exactly as we discussed, some even better than I imagined. We went over the quote again and several possible refinements or additions. I left there feeling confident in my wedding and didn’t really need to contact them again. Closer to the day of, we had final confirmation and I left it in their hands.

Well.. on the day of my wedding each and every space was filled with blooming roses and babies breath, dark greenery hugging each stem, helping to create the pop of white even more so in my roses. I felt like I was stepping into a garden, I couldn’t believe it was my wedding. The transition from the ceremony space to the reception was even more impressive- such a quick turnaround and everything was perfect. The only thing is I wish I could take all those flowers with me and that they could last forever. Thank you so much!

I feel as though my vision was over promised and under delivered. My floral theme was very simple - white roses, spray roses, white hydrangeas, Italian ruscus, and eucalyptus. The arch for my ceremony looked so amateur. It looked as though there were two pieces tied to the arch and the middle was sunken in. I asked the floral designer on site to fix it and they did not. I stated I did not want white lisianthus or garden roses. Sure enough there were white lisianthus in my detail flower box which I did not look at before they handed it to my photographer. I didn't find out until I received sneak peek photos. There were also garden roses in my bouquet. There were also random colored roses that did not match the rest of the bouquet. I still have not heard back from them regarding this. I did email them about the arch and they gave me partial refund. I am glad I got some of the money back but that does not make up for the disappoint and having bad work in my photos forever. I didn’t realize how much the bouquet did not match what I asked until getting the photos back. The morning went so fast and the floral team just dropped the bouquets off in the suite and rushed out so I didn’t take a good look. Also, the floral shop is closed on Sundays so when I saw the arch wasn’t correct, I had to step away from photos and find the one floral designer because I had no contact info or phone number. Kevin who I worked with swore up and down he understood my vision and wouldn’t steer me wrong. I’m not sure who worked on the arch, boquet, and detail florals because I did not see him there. Whoever worked on those clearly did not look at the contract because it was the opposite of what I wanted. I’m left feeling so upset that such simple things were wrong. I would not recommend

We got married in September 2025 at The Ryland Inn and had the pleasure of working with Jardiniere as our wedding florist. They went above and beyond to bring our floral vision to life. Kevin Graback was wonderful to work with throughout the planning process—he listened to our ideas, offered thoughtful suggestions, and transformed our vision into something even more beautiful than we imagined. The flowers made the entire room look absolutely stunning, and we received endless compliments from our guests. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Jardiniere to any future bride looking for a truly exceptional wedding florist.

No notes, 11/10. SO easy to work with, thorough, and WOW did they deliver. Everything was incredible - the rentals, the arch, the ceiling install, and our OUTSTANDING centerpieces. They created the exact ambiance we were looking for. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Working with Jordan was effortless. She was very organized and communicative - she consulted me every step of the way and truly brought our vision to life. The flowers far exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier!
