Love torrid great clothes but they keep closing stores. So very hard to return or exchange clothes.

I'll give you my pros/cons regarding this store, every time that I have visit this store its always clean and it's very organized. You can find things very easily but I've never been said to,"welcome" or a hi do you need help with anything or if you do need help with anything I'll be glad to help you I'll be over here...I understand it's a small store but it's just the vibe it's just so off and uncomfortable with the girls it's been multiple times with different girls even with the manager of the store which I think she should be the one given the example... It's become to the point that I rather just place an order online and have it picked up and even just going to do that you can feel the off vibe...
