We initially had a pleasant experience with an agent when our bachelorette group booked our trip for Jamaica- then we were then working with another agent after the previous one had left her position. Unfortunately, Hurricane Melissa put a wrench in our travel plans and we reached out right away regarding refunds. We all purchased the insurance, read the fine print and we were told we would get refunded. We understood that this was probably not going to be instant as the hurricane disrupted lots of people's travel plans. However, our group has been in contact with our travel agent every couple weeks to follow up about our refunds and have been told several times that "they are working on it" again, we are understanding that there's other companies involved in this process and a lot of moving parts that are involved but we feel as though this matter should have been solved by now.

My fiance and I booked our honeymoon with Maddie! She was incredible. She handled all of the details and made the whole process so easy! She answered all our questions quickly, and gave us honest advice when selecting which resort we wanted to stay at. Highly recommend using Maddie when going through Town Place Travel!
