Called and they confirmed they had the parts I needed. Had the parts ready for my arrival. Quick transaction. Exactly how things should work. Will use again.

Read and heed the other reviews. I purchased two hinges for my dishwasher because the counterman couldn't tell me which one was the left. They were friendly enough when I made the purchase. I installed the left hinge and brought back the other. Wouldn't you know it, they said it had scratches on it and couldn't possibly take it back. I told them that was the condition in which they gave it to me. While they didn't use the word 'Liar,' it was certainly implied. The counter guys said I could come back Monday when the manager would be there. I came back; same story: "This looks like it was installed; we can't sell this." When I didn't go for that, the manager like Solomon, thought of opening a fresh box to compare. When he opened the new box; I'll be darned, it was scratched up exactly like the other. I got my money back but nary an apology, of course. Moral of the story: inspect parts before you take them home and make sure you know what the return policy is. Otherwise it was a great experience.
