With a devastating deer strike, we were referred to Unicar in Sparta. While being an upsetting situation, Unicar quickly went into action to work with the dealer and the insurance company flawlessly to provide great service. All personnel from the reception to the service gentleman were informative, helpful and had great communication. Due to no fault of theirs, there was a delay in receiving original parts (system hack at Mercedes)and Unicar kept us informed along the way about the progress. The final outcome was near perfect and they brought back the car to it's original state and we were very happy with their service. Paperwork was minimal, detailed information provided and effortless process. The property is large and safe, plenty of parking, well lit, reception neat and clean, the garage a huge and well equipped working space. Professional and great service, we highly recommend them. Even though it took a little bit longer than expected with a back ordered part waiting to come in, I could not be anymore happier with the service I have received!! From bringing my Jeep Cherokee in to picking it up the staff was very friendly, courteous and professional! They kept me updated with the progress of my car and made everything with the insurance company so easy. When I picked my car up it looked brand new, they even detailed my car outside and inside.
