Is Ford Service scam? So I was thinking my car warranty 6 years or 60k miles as I talked in the phone while taking a appointment mentioned that my 2019 ford fusion before my warranty end, either they were aware of the situation just wanted $337 diagnostic fee even though I went to them with the problem I already know. Ended up they are telling me ford denied my warranty claim without telling me why until I ask. Also ended up paying $399 not $337. Do not expect denying the misc fee because it is an automatic charge
