Nam did such a good job on my nails! He was super quick, so I didn’t have to sit there forever. I was able to relax while he did my nails cause I could just tell he really knew what he was doing. He asked me along the way if I liked the shape, color, and then finished chrome nail design. He’s definitely an artist, and very professional. I got exactly what I wanted. I am a happy customer!
USA Nails is my favorite in town! I can always get an appointment when I need it and usually get in right away if I walk in. My nails don’t break or lift, and the techs never mind doing fancy designs when I bring in a picture. I also find their pricing affordable.
I’ve been coming here for years, and know the owners very well. The business is very friendly and accommodating. And the service is great! I see Jackson and could not recommend him enough. Today I wanted a length change and his judgment calls were perfect! I left so satisfied I had to leave a review.
Looking for a new nail salon since moving to South Jersey.
Called and made appointment for a regular manicure and pedicure.
Told on the phone appointments not necessary, walk in welcome.
I stated I prefer appointment.
Arrived, plenty of parking.
Salon was busy, lots of clients.
Thought to myself, ok good sign so far.
Greeted at the desk.
Instructed to wash my hands and pick a color.
No other guidance.
I walked into salon, looking for a sink.
Sink located halfway into the salon.
I didn't see any nail color bottles.
So l had to go to the front desk and ask where are the nail colors.
Directed to the nail color books on a shelf by the entrance.
Picked my color, was seated at a station.
Shortly afterwards, asked to move to another station.
Manicurist I specifically requested she focus on my cuticles.
Manicure took maybe 10 minutes.
Proceed to pedicure.
Toe nails looked good, even though I still had some rough skin patches on the soles of my feet.
I looked at my finger nails and disappointed.
My nails and hands shouldn't look like immediately after a manicure.
Went to drying station for a few minutes.
Went to pay, I was asked for my tickets.
I wasn't given tickets.
Cashier has to go to manicurists to get tickets.
Appointment was for 2pm and paid by 2:34pm on receipt. The actual time was about 2:45pm.
Expensive manicure that looked horrible.
l asked for regular manicure and pedicure-charged for upgraded nail service.
Nothing upgraded about my manicure, I would say the exact opposite, definite downgrade.
As a first time client, a little bit more guidance on where the sink and colors are.
Manicure needs to be done properly.
By the evening, one finger nail had chipped.
Next day, by the end of my work day 7 out of my finger nails had chipped.
Don’t recommend.
I came in as a walk in and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly. Plus this salon is super neat and clean. Venn was very friendly and professional and somehow made my nails turn out even better than the inspo I showed him. BEST nails I've ever had in my life. Highly recommend!!
