Amazing caring, comfort and professionalism. Couldn’t be more pleased with their personal attention and help in a most difficult time.

The Walter Johnson Funeral home in Clark, NJ provided excellent care while my brother and I navigated the unexpected passing of our mother in early March, 2025. Steve, the funeral Director, was consistently supportive, professional, kind, and gentle in his manner. He scheduled an appointment promptly and was clear and informative as we moved the process. The wake and funeral were conducted with professionalism and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the name of the woman who was staffed at mom’s awake, but she possessed the rare and subtle ability to balance a supportive presence with attention to guests’ needs. All pricing was clearly outlined and absolutely fair. The Walter Johnson Funeral Home of Clark has cared for my family after the passing of my mother, my father and my aunt. I could not recommend their services more highly and will always hold tremendous gratitude for Steve, his business, and the home’s ability to provide a soft guiding light for their fellow community members walking through the dark valleys of loss.
