This review is a long time coming. My name is Christopher Cassidy. I attended we level up in april of 2023. After years of addiction, I had never sought help before. After making a Hail Mary phone call to the Addiction hotline and speaking to some wonderful people there I was on a plane headed for the Philadelphia airport in short order. I had no idea what I was walking into. As I said, I had never tried to get sober before. After years of drug addiction, I felt like I had had enough. This place helped light afire to try to get and stay sober ever since. After numerous relapses, I had more stints in other detoxs and rehabs (this, by no way, reflects the wonderful effort put in by the people at this facility I just hadn't had enough pain yet). But due to this history and experience I believe I'm uniquely qualified to comment on the quality of this facility. and its program. You will be hard pressed to find a more comfortable atmosphere to begin your sobriety journey. As I said, i've been to a number of detoxes and rehabs. This was by far the nicest as far as the facility itself goes (that goes double if we're talking strictly detox centers). There are detoxes out there that'll make you feel like you are in jail or being punished. If you get that feeling here, you have never been to jail. On top of that, this place had one of the most impressive collection of staff members I have ever seen. Many of these people are themselves in recovery. The nursing staff had a comforting, almost motherly quality to them and as a giant thirty two year old baby, I really needed that at the time (see the fact that I was walking around the facility draped in a small shoulder blanket the entire time I was there). There were very few restrictions on what you could do, and where you can go within reason. Essentially if it made you feel better they we're open to it. I myself have worked in the drug and alcohol treatment field since I have been here. I have had some sobriety time. I want to stay sober for the rest of my life. I could never have imagined saying that before attending we level up. If you are looking for a place for yourself to start your recovery journey or to start your recovery journey. Again, I could not recommend this detox enough they also have connections with wonderful after care programs (Legacy Healing Center is where I personally went afterwards, also cannot speak highly enough about that place). But if you were looking for a place to send your loved one. You couldn't not be putting them in better hands. Know that they will be safe and comfortable, probably having a better time than you smoking and joking playing cornhole in the yard we're enjoying a movie night amongst newfound friends. But above all, these surface comforts and amenities you or your loved one, we'll learn about themselves and the disease of addiction,
In an amazing comprehensive way. As I said, i've been through a few relapses, and had to start over. I am in that process now. And I can't help thinking, I didn't know how good I had it when I walked into we level up. I hope if I ever step foot into another detox. It is this one. God Bless anyone who took the time to read all this. One Day at a Time!

I cannot say enough about We Level Up. I stayed for three weeks. The nurses and doctor were very knowledgeable and caring. The techs really go out of their way to make you feel cared about. They are in recovery too and are always there if you need to talk. My therapist was awesome. This place really saved me when I was in a dark place and I was a completely different person when I completed, compared to who I was when I walked in. They have a really wide range of group topics with great facilitators. Even the kitchen staff will go out of their way to make you something different if you don’t like what’s on the menu. I was set up with a great treatment plan when I left. Don’t believe the bad reviews. If you want help I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Jeff from We level up is one of us who believes in helping people find a path to recovery. The food is really good. I do believe that most of the staff really care about their clients, but are over worked. Nursing staff was always kind and helpful. Case Managers bust their ass to do their job but with so many clients could use more staff to help.
Therapist do their best with the time they have with their clients. At the end of the day it works if you work it.
Center should provide Big Books and/or Basic Text for every client .

I will forever be grateful for this facility, from the moment i walked in to the moment i left i was treated with so much love and respect. from the techs to the entire admin staff they were all amazing. the ones that stood out the most are Jenny, Jamie, Jess, brian, Jeff and the kitchen crew. But most importantly the one person that is impossible to forget was my counselor/therapist Anthony. Thank you for changing my life. Anthony is one of the most positive and genuine people i have ever met. He truly cares about people and truly believes in everyone. If you get him as a counselor consider your self blessed. Put in the work and don’t give up!

I was a patient at we level up for 14 days. The BHT staff was amazing, constantly running around trying to meet the clients needs, always encouraging us and helping us get what we need. The clinical staff works hard too, they try their best to make sure patients feel heard and seen. The food was good, one thing they do is keep you fed! I gained so much weight and actually looked healthy when I left. The nurses were kind and compassionate. Ive been out for a couple weeks now and Jeff still follows up with me every week to see how I’m doing. The people who run we level up actually care. This place changed my life. They gave me a solid foundation to start my path of recovery and I’m well on my way to better life because of it. I learned to have compassion for myself and be grateful for the people around me in the groups at WLU. I learned that I’m deserve a better life and that I’m worth saving. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who’s in need of help. They’re here to help.
