Outstanding service and work! I recommend them to everyone. My 4 runner was experiencing a super aggressive first gear shift on a hill. The truck was bucking like a bull. Everywhere I looked people were recommending a full transmission rebuild or replacement costing thousands of dollars. The professionals at Whitty diagnosed my transmission unlike everyone else and did a super investigative job searching forms everywhere to help find a solution. Needless to say they reduced my $10K new transmission down to a $800 selenoid with parts and labor. I cannot thank them enough and my truck has been flawless since. Have used Whitty twice first time after another shop did not honor their warranty. Whitty got me sorted and Trans has been trouble free since. Second time I thought my 4wd low was not working but they showed me it was fine. Instead of charging me for a new transfer case they were honest and told me I was good to go. Excellent customer service. There super nice people there. They were very informative what of they knew the problem was and told me the pricing range and they also told me it could take awhile before they worked on the car so I was prepared to have my car there for a while. The price they charged me was more a fair price. The car was bucking. I had a lot of transmission wire burnt and they were able to fix the wires in one day. Now my car runs like I took it out of a car lot. Car runs very smooth now. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend them to everyone.
