Windsor at Mariners Apartments

Very happy to call this place home! Incredible staff across the board - Cristina, Mariana, Christine, Yvonne. The maintenance team is also top notch- Fernando and Tony are quick, responsive and very pleasant.

In the almost 10 years that I’ve lived in Windsor At Mariners, I’ve consistently received excellent service from the attentive and caring staff. The safe and convenient location with a 13-minute ferry commute to Midtown Manhattan, overlooking the mighty Hudson River, the art deco-inspired George Washington Bridge, the many diverse cuisines of its restaurants, and high-end shopping all contribuye to a cosmopolitan environment — perfect for singles, families, seniors and their pets.

We love calling Windsor at Mariners our home! We toured our appointment via video with Yvonne and were pleasantly surprised to find our home to be better than we imagined. The grounds at Windsor are beautiful and well taken care of. The entire team is incredible, from the maintenance crew to the front office to the concierge - everyone seems to be proud to be a part of the Windsor team and it shows. We are so grateful to the staff and team for helping us find a great place to call home.

As a longtime (now 5 year+) resident, I just wanted to give thanks for such a terrific maintenance team. The maintenance crew of Tony, Fernando and Lovell, as well as the porters, Emilio, Angel, Martin and Juana are all fantastic. Anytime there is an issue, they are fast to respond and take care of things quickly and efficiently, and do an amazing job keeping the property immaculately spotless. A special thanks to Fernando for solving any of our minor apartment issues with great technical ease and always a friendly conversation. In addition, the Concierge crew and Management team are always available to help and no questions go unanswered. It is great having such wonderful team members here to help make Windsor at Mariners such an amazing community to call home.

And you can't beat the view either!

I've lived at the townhouse for two years and much satisfied. I strongly recommend living here. The apartment is located very conveniently with the ferry terminal, bus stops, wholefood market and trader joe's. The riverside walk is my best among the surroundings. The townhouse is right at the river and has an amazing view. A small lawn in front of the balcony is perfect for sun bathing and outdoor dining with a fantastic view of hudson river. I also enjoy playing soccer with my kids there. Every morning I wake up with a warm sunshine and beautiful silver reflections from the river.
The staffs here are best of the best. 24/7 concierge staffs always welcome residents with smile. They are kind, responsive and professional. They memorize all the residents' names and serve the need even before I name it.
Maintenance staffs are very professional. They are efficient, timely and satisfying. They never fail to fix a problem.
The leasing office is also one of the best. They find whatever solution the tenant needs. They are supportive and thrive to maintain a great neighborhood. Even in the period of lockdown, they have kept most of the amenities working with an enhanced sanitization and social distancing guidelines. The BBQ place, tennis court, gym and outdoor/indoor pool are operated without any problem through a newly built reservation system. It was a great support in light of the pandemic and I could endure the lockdown period without difficulty. I enjoy healing myself in the jacuzzi and indoor pool feeling like they are my personal amenities. I'll also never forget the BBQ experience at the river viewing promenade deck.
The apartment always comes up with an event every season's change and make every tenant die-hard fan of theirs. The pool party in the spring was the most amazing experience I could ever expect from an apartment complex, even though it skipped last year due to the pandemic. I truly appreciate a great living environment and all the efforts of the staffs here.
