I may not be a Ford owner but I come here for service because my personal car dealer is a complete scam artist diagnosing my car with false issues to scam me for my money. My best and personal friend Frank works here and provides me with the best service around at low affordable prices at the root of the issue without breaking my bank. Thank you, Frank for all that you do for me. I will continue to be a repeat customer time and time again annoying you with all my car servicing needs. Everyone go see Frank!

I have never experienced this level of support from any car service center. My son was traveling from VA to NJ on a Friday and the car started failing. I got in touch with John who said if the car can make it to his shop, he would take care of it. It was dropped off Friday night and his team was on it first thing Saturday. Turned out to be way less serious than anticipated. John and his team had it up and running by Saturday afternoon. And he made clear, if there were any issues with the drive back to VA on Sunday, to call him on his cell. He also texted on Monday to ensure my son made it back safely. Absolutely incredible service. John, I can't thank you enough.

This is for Service Advisor, May Chow, the mechanics, and the cashier rep ( red hair, didn't get her name ), who are awesome! I brought my leased Ford Escape 2022 in, to make an appt. The cashier lady was very polite and although they were booked full that day, I could come back the next day at 10 a.m. ( which I really appreciated ). The Malfunction Indicator Light was on.

The next day, May ( professional, helpful, and has great customer service skills ), reminded me about a few recalls that I had gotten notices about, awhile back. They would address those and do the diagnostic testing, to address the MIL light. The mechanics were also kind and professional, and I told them I made a mistake in letting AAA attempt to fix the car ( AAA in Edison misdiagnosed the problem and overcharged me $2,000 ). I didn't know how many days the work would take at Ford, but I took a seat in the waiting room, for the diagnostic test results. It's a nice, clean facility, with comfy furniture, a big screen TV, and coffee.

Later that afternoon, before 3 pm, May told me the testing was done, the oxygen sensor was replaced, the recalls were addressed, and it was all covered under the lease warranty. No charge. What a relief! THANK YOU, to the cashier rep, mechanics, and May Chow! Great job!
