Absolutely, by far, the best experience ever in purchasing a new truck. Everyone was extremely professional and knowledgeable from my salesman, Joe and my car tech, Vincent to the finance department, Mike and Vinnie! At no time did I feel pressured and didn’t need to haggle over the extremely fair price they offered. It’s easy to see why Richard Lucas has been in business for 100 years. I will definitely purchase from them again and will recommend them to family and friends!

Such a hassle free experience!! Mike Galuppo was straight forward, responded quickly and understood that I was in a time crunch. I was in search of a specific model and trim after having a horrible experience at another dealership. To add extra stress to my life, I was in the middle of the busiest two weeks (work wise) and just a few days away of leaving to a much needed week-long vacation. Needless to say, I had a total of 5 hours to find the vehicle, negotiate price, and do all the paperwork. Mike understood my time sensitivity and respected it. He gave me straight forward answers, was prompt in all his responses and best of all, wasn't pressuring me in any way. After a few texts, decided to come in on Wednesday to test drive. My BF was with me and we ended up making a deal for 2 vehicles. Our "nice" car and our "commuter" car. I don't think we would have even considered making a deal for 2 cars if it wasn't for Mike. His character and professionalism truely won us over. We will definitely be back in the near future to purchase again.
