This ministry is very impactful. I have experienced the touch of God on another level as I am in this ministry. This ministry is led by a wonderful man of God, Prophet Ragive Dulcio, who is a man sold out to Jesus Christ and the move of the Holy Spirit. This ministry truly is a blessing unto the community of Irvington and also the surrounding cities, towns, etc. Doors must be opened so that all of New Jersey may experience this great move of God through Prophet Ragive Dulcio and all of Shiloh Ministry!
