Unfortunately, I hit a deer with my Ford F-150 on Route 33 one evening, coming home from Maryland.
I had damage to the front end, front bumper, front left quarter panel, drivers door, and the entire headlight was smashed.
I went to 3 different collision places. WreckOMend was the 3rd one I went to the next day.
I spoke with Peter who gave me a comparable estimate to the others. What set them apart in my mind was how friendly Peter was, (even though they were absolutely packed with people), how quickly he came out to look at my truck, and that he said he could have it looking almost like new in a week. (The other 2 places wanted to keep the truck for 2 weeks.)
I dropped it off on a Tuesday. They called me the following Monday. I picked it up the next morning. Peter was right! You could not tell that my truck had ever been damaged! It looks incredible! I’m still amazed.
Not only that but when I picked it up, I noticed that they had detailed my truck! Inside and out! I know I didn’t drop it off that way. It was dirty. I couldn’t get it washed because of the damage. They went that extra mile.

I have had my "fender-benders" fixed by the guys at Wreck O Mend for about 10 years now. They not only do excellent work, but they are a pleasure to deal with as people. Peter is especially good, but so is everyone there. They might not do a cheap job, but they do a fine one, on time, and usually for very close to estimate. I have no problem recommending this company here without reservation!
