I ordered a tonkotsu miso ramen and it barely had any broth. I at least expect the broth to slightly cover my noodles but as you can see, that was not the case. The taste of the food was disappointing. The noodles were cooked properly at least but the broth lacked flavor and the pork tasted different and not in a good way. The quality of the overall dish did not justify the $16 price point. This place used to be good however, I do not plan on ordering ramen from here again after this experience.
I am usual customer at Paramus Hmart food court because I can get a quick lunch(near my job). I tried Yukiguni ramen today and their ramen was amazing~. I order side order of rice and it was perfect pair with my ramen. Enjoyed it~~!
While shopping at Hmart I tried this places’s onigiri menu. I tried Spicy mentaiko(cod roe) and shrimp tempura. They make it as soon as they receive the order (not pre made and displays). I really loved it fresh rice and proteins. They also have Japanese ramens, fried rice, karage chickens and more. Today I only had few minutes for quick bite but next time I want to try Nagasaki jjampong or yaki soba which looked really good~~
Haven't dined at this H Mart's food court in a while, so it was nice to see this new ramen spot. They serve Japanese and Korean ramen as well as tonkatsu, tempura, okonomiyaki, and onigiri. They also have vegetarian options. Ordered the Tonkatsu Chashu and Tonkatsu Miso - enjoyed them very much. Tasty broth, a perfect soft boiled egg, nice chewy noodles, and tender pork chashu. Will be back!
