A very nice experience at Zales. Will the salesman and everyone else were great. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and totally professional.

Had an excellent experience at Zales thanks to Brianna, who went above and beyond during multiple visits to help me purchase two engagement rings. She was consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly patient, guiding me through everything from sizing to detailed photos. Her attention to detail and genuine care made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated the quality of service throughout.

So I really didn't know what to expect going into my first time ring shopping. Went to a few jewelry stores and wasn't thrilled with not only the ring selections but also the service. Well that all changed once I walked into Zales at Freehold mall. I was met with a friendly smile right from the start from Brianna. Not only was she super friendly, she was more than patient with me and must've tried on and modeled the same 3 rings for me at least 15 times. Once I narrowed it down to the one I wanted, Brianna with the assistance of Lana, who was also super friendly and helpful, worked out a phenomenal price for me! When they told me the final number, the feeling was one of disbelief, amazement, relief and joy! What started as nervous and uncertainty quickly turned into confidence. Really can't thank Brianna and Lana enough for making this process easy for me. A+ service and staff!!!

It is a place where people are very kind I bought it on Sunday and they told me that in 5 days they would give it to me but I told them that I needed it for Friday and the lady promised to give it to me on Thursday and yesterday I received the call that the ring was ready I really recommend that place thank you Lana braverman l. and thank you Will
