I had the greatest experience, incredible staff and excellent store. I came here because I was getting married and they had a huge selection of wedding bands for men. The most I’ve seen out of all the other jewelry stores I went to. The Staff member Veronica was more than happy to help me find the perfect band. While going through the rings I had mentioned I had some of my late father’s rings I inherited. I asked if those could be melted down and made into a ring style I liked from their selection. She said, “we absolutely can”. I was very excited to hear that. She set up a time and I came in with the rings. She introduced me to their jeweler and he let me watch the ring get made. What an incredible jeweler, a master of his craft. I was amazed watching the whole process. The band came out beautifully and it means the world to me that I was able to have a part of my dad with me; not only on my wedding day but for the rest of my life. Thank you to the wonderful staff at J Vincent. They will be getting all my future business.

Tiffani was incredibly kind and helpful, and made the whole process so easy. I originally came in to have rings sized down. Eric, the jeweler, was professional, efficient, and just an all-around great guy. Loved him! He did a terrific job on my ring, and I’m now working with him on redesigning another ring. Joe, the owner, was so welcoming. The warmth and care this team puts into their work is truly exceptional.
