Scheduling an appointment was easy. Received a confirmation text message about the appointment. Nelson the technician called and told me what time he would be there. Nelson was great. He was friendly and explained the service and price. He completed the job and left the area spotless. I thought the price was a little high.

Nelson was prompt and did a great job installing our new sump pump. Price was reasonable but we needed it to get done so we were happy with the results. One year guarantee on their work is very helpful.

It's hard to find plumbing services for small projects. We recently hired Zoom Drain to replace a Moen bathroom faucet handle and a hose for the faucet in our kitchen sink. From start to finish we were pleased with the quality of their service. Scheduling was easy and communication between the technicians and our home on the day of service was prompt. They alerted us several minutes prior to their arrival. The plumbers were knowledgeable and polite. The job was completed professionally. We would definitely recommend Zoom Drain for quality plumbing services.

Really appreciated them responding very quickly. Brad, service manager, was courteous and professional. The techs that showed up were the same. Also liked the 1 year warranty on work. My only issue was prices. Zip recruiter and Homewyse have wax ring replacement price ranges from $125 to $350. We paid $520. Recommend getting multiple quotes unless an emergency.
