A & M Total

We did major outdoor renovation work that included replacing all my windows, 2 entry doors, a patio door, and ripping out stucco in the front of the house and replacing it with vinyl siding.

My experience with A&M Total Building was top notch from start to finish. When I first met with Al, I found him to be knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. Most importantly, he was not pushy at all - something I appreciated. Matter of fact, my first interaction with Al was in August and we didn't make a decision until October (I do my homework). Not once did he press me, unlike some other companies that would call me weekly. I also found his pricing to be reasonable; he came in lower than the other bids but not obnoxiously so that it would give someone reason to pause.

When we closed, Al was timely with information letting me know when items were ordered, delivered, and to be installed. He also did everything consecutively, nothing was piecemeal (meaning install windows, wait a month for doors, etc.) Finally, and most importantly; the work done was very good. The windows and patio door installed were high quality and made big difference over the 20+ year old builder grade variety that they replaced. The entry doors and new vinyl in the front absolutely transformed the look of my house. To boot, his crew lead by Martin were great to deal with.

For my next project, I would not hesitate to call Al and use his company again.

I wanted to thank you and your team for far exceeding our expectations on our basement remodel. From start to finish Al and his team were extremely professional, friendly, helpful when needing assistance, prompt and above all provided outstanding work. There is a saying we all heard before “you get what you pay for” and I strongly believe this. Al was very fair in his pricing, but now that the project is done, we are so happy we spent the money to do it right! I am proud to say, as much as we love being upstairs in our beautiful home, the basement is our new favorite. I was looking for a good local contractor for my windows and doors replacement and fortunately my neighbor advised me to reach out Al with A&M Total Building and Condo Maintenance Inc.
I have to mention that I have a 2 years old kid and with all this planned work coming I thought it's going to be a nightmare-replacing all windows and 2 patio doors.
Al came over pretty fast with scheduled time frame - took all necessary measurements and then we scheduled an office order discuss, overview. At the office Al showed a lot of info regarding doors and windows + real examples when you can physically try.
We picked a brand/model to fit my budget and Danielle prepared all the paperwork professionally.
Every visit of installers were scheduled in advance - which is convenient when you have an remote/offline type of job.
Martin and Joel were very professional and there workmanship was excellent. Every time neat and clean after the job. The installation went smooth, professional and well done.
It's been a couple month after the job was done I'm writing this review as a proof of good installation quality.
We're glad that we made a right choice to work with Al's company. They have a fair Price/Quality balance.
