We had a toilet that backed up on Saturday morning (10-30-21) Called A 1 and John returned our call in less than 10 minutes. He came to our house within an hour, assessed the issue and corrected it. We are lucky to have 2 1/2 bathrooms, our 1/2 bathroom toilet was clogged. We made an appt. for Monday (I called Thursday) and A-1 was able to come on Saturday and unclogged the toilet. The price was very reasonable. We would definitely use them again.
