We had an emergency in the winter and called Chad for help. He did come up very fast. But to our surprise, he charged us over $300 for a very minor repair work which he finished in less than 10 minutes, and he even didn’t have to replace any new parts for us! I think he took advantage of our situation and overcharged us so much! So if you need to use his service, I recommend you ask for a price beforehand.
Been in the Sparrow Bush area for over 24 years, have contacted plumbers for a few problems. The most reliable and does the best job by far is Copper works, Chad has responded to my phone calls with quick return calls and addresses the problem and has always give me a fair and reasonable prices.
