Chris is a true professional and a great guy, who came highly recommended from a friend. (I still got 2 other estimates) He’s very responsive and the communication is on point. Kept me updated all the way through.. I got my estimate faster than he said, and got my car back before he estimated. When I did get my car back, it was even better than before my car was hit. I could not be happier. If I could give 6 stars I would. I highly recommend.

I contacted Aaron's Auto Body in Aug 2025 for a second opinion after reviewing their work via Google Reviews. I was given a much more reasonable quote and felt like I walked into a shop that I'd known for years. I returned end of Aug when I decided to hire them to repair a dent and scratches on my bumper. My biggest concerns were 1. Time it would take as this is the only car in my household 2. The job would be done to precision. Chris called me up to say he had a last minute opening and can get the job done in approx. 24 hours. He was nice enough to drop me back home. WELL! The job was done within the promised time (dropped off 9/3/25 picked up 9/4/25) and also they washed and shined my car inside out had it sparkling like when I bought it- TAYLOR THANK YOU!! The main issue was though I couldn't tell where the dent was. I looked, touched, inspected and still couldn't see a sign of where the work was done, I even thought maybe it was on the other side lol. The work was done to perfection, could never tell that it was not sold brand new like this. I am beyond impressed with Chris' expertise in autobody repair and his good faith business practices. He is conscientious a business-man and 100% to his word! Recommending him to everyone I know. His work is worth every penny and he will not overcharge you!

I highly recommend Aaron Auto Body! After my daughter got into an accident and she couldn’t drive the car home, I looked up reviews for auto-body shops close by. Google reviews highly rated Aaron Auto Body and that’s why we had the car towed there. The Google reviews were spot on, and I wanted to add in my own experience. Chris is a trustworthy man, and made the stress of dealing with a car crash much more manageable, especially for my daughter who has never had to deal with anything like this before. He is kind, responsive, and attentive to detail. He gave frequent updates on the progress of the car. He even sent pictures of the finished work to my daughter who was already back at college. Chris and Taylor did all of the work within a couple of weeks. I also want to highlight Taylor, who did an amazing paint job on the car. She has the magic touch. I felt like I was getting back a brand new car. Even though no one wants to have to deal with the repercussions of a wreck, if you wind up in one, you can count on Chris and Taylor to get the job done right!

Only auto body shop I would ever go to on Long Island or recommend to family and friends. I was rear ended twice recently in my first brand new car and both times Chris made my car look phenomenal. Being a woman and not knowing much about cars I always get anxiety when I have to get car work done because 99% of the time I get screwed over and end up spending way more money than I needed to. A big shout out to Chris, We appreciate all of your help and expertise! You’re the best!!
