Following an accident the car was towed to Action Auto, what an experience dealing with the Insurance company. Thank goodness Renato was able to guide me through this nightmare and for fighting for the necessary supplements, despite the fact the car had only a little over 4000 miles on the odometer the insurance company would only agree to pay for parts from used or foreign manufacturers, and not OEM parts
The repairs were carried out in a very timely manner using mostly OEM parts, what a beautiful job Renato did, his expertise and knowledge is second to none. I would highly recommend Action Automotive.

Returning home from your Babymoon, 7 months pregnant, to discover that your car has been towed is an objectively awful experience. Yet by the time my husband and I finished the process retrieving our car from Renato, we were somehow in a great mood. Our faith in humanity restored. And if you’ve ever had your car towed you know that’s saying a lot.

Renato is kind, fair, funny, highly efficient and competent, firm yet accommodating. He was a total shining light in an otherwise awful moment. We live in Newburgh but will be making the trip to Wappingers for any car related needs going forward. His is the kind of business you’re grateful to find, tell all your friends and family about, and continue to go out of your way for throughout a lifetime.

So beyond grateful.

I had gotten my car towed in an unfortunate situation. As soon as we met up with Renato, my wife and I were both heartened by his warm presence, his intelligence and great sense of humor. He said, "you didn't expect me to be this good-looking, did you?" Lol. My wife is pregnant, and as he towed our car home, he asked if he could stop by the store and grab some water for her! Not a lie--this guy is a prince. He was specific, direct and fair the entire time. Business is all about relationships. And Renato understands this on a fairly legendary level. We don't live that close to his shop, yet we're still going to try and use him whenever we can going forward.

I recently bought my son a used car and brought it in to be evaluated and repaired. Renato was upfront with the issues, fair, and honest with the repairs needed. He went above and beyond to make sure my son has a safe, reliable 1st car. That peace of mind is priceless.
