I’m so happy I found this place . The staff is attentive and professional. Scheduling appointments is a breeze and they are very flexible . So far I have never waited to be seen , I come in and staff is ready and waiting for me with a smile.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I did have a decent experience during the 1 session with the woman PT who works there. She was attentive during the session I had her.

The care here feels not personalized at all. I came here for a few sessions to address my sciatica back pain and had to switch places because I wasn’t getting the help I needed. I would come in, be placed on the electric therapy machine, and when that was done, I’d be left alone in the room to stretch. I can do that at home for free. I was barely taught any new stretches to help with my pain and when I would be taught, I’d be left alone in the room again just to hear the PT talking to another patient in a different room. For this to be effective, I feel I need the PT to supervise and adjust my form if needed, to maximize the impact of the exercises.

They only take cash or check, and I just couldn’t justify paying $20 cash every session for a lack of care, plus the facility is dated.

Aside from it being dated, I had a wonderful first impression with this place. The front desk receptionist was wonderful on the phone and when I came in. Paperwork, insurance and copayment was a breeze. (Cash or check only!)

Eftratios Antoniadis was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable as if I'd been a long time patient. I'm very hopeful he'll get me recovered to where I need to be.

Great facility. Dr. Antoniades is the physical therapist in this facility. He is very kind, funny, and most important very knowledgeable in the work he does. His experience will speak for itself. The staff are very welcoming and professional. I do recommend coming here.
