Just got 2016 Subaru from here and the experience was amazing. Christina, Roger and Joe were all fantastic and made the process so smooth and painless. They looked at the things I pointed out to them at the test drive and were on top of it every step of the way. everyone was so responsive and I never felt like I was chasing anyone down to speak to them. Bought a 2013 audi a5 from them about 3 years ago, they were extremely professional and helpful, took care of all the financing and etc for me in house. Looking to hopefully be a repeat customer in the next few weeks and will probably be going to them from now on. Prices are always on the lower end of the retail market too after shopping around, you really cant beat it!
Edit: Also just wanted to add there was literally 0 sales pressure and they were extremely friendly and happy to answer any questions i had which is a huge change from prior experiences at other dealerships where it felt like they just wanted to lowball you on a trade and shove you in a car and get you out the door asap.
I recently purchased a used car from Roger at affordable imports after three weeks of looking at several different dealerships! I couldn't be happier with my car as well as the service provided to me! I was never pushed into buying a car i didn't like, they listened to exactly what I wanted and found the perfect car for me! They were friendly and patient taking time to address my questions an concerns, also they worked hard on getting me financing with a lower credit score! Overall I had a great experience and highly recommend their service to anyone looking for an affordable and great selection of cars!!!
