Their website is so convenient and user-friendly. The staff on the phone are incredibly helpful and easy to talk to. I was able to read about the various unit sizes, how much each can hold, choose a unit size and book it online all in under 5 minutes! I definitely recommend A&L Storage. Great pricing also. My only recommendation would be to be more transparent about the deposit fee on the pricing page, so it's not a surprise when you go to book. That said, deposit fee included A&L storage prices far out beat their local competitors. 5 stars all day
If you are in need of a storage facility please use A&L...They deserve all the business!!! Thank you to Michelle for working with me through a very difficult time in my life. Some things I have currently stored are irreplaceable and if they had been stored anywhere else besides A&L, I just know I would have lost them by now. Its rare to find a business these days that cares more for its customers than they do about the almighty dollar. I will always recommend them to anyone who needs storage in my area!
