Customer service 💯!! Great people, great small business, great soaps!!

I had won a bar of soap from Formosity. I shopped and ordered 2 more. They were so unique in their design and I loved the ingredients. I planned to pick it up when I got back into town. I came home to find a packaged delivered. It had the soaps but the amazing owners of Formosity Soapssent so much more. The cutest air freshener for my car, a little bag of candy and some rubber duckies. I was also given a container of wax melts that smell amazing and last a lot longer than countless name brands I've spent a fortune on before. Many wax melts either have very lightest scent in the package and none when they melt or they have a chemical smell to them. These smelled so amazing as if was baking in my house. The soaps are fantastic. My guy loved the scents. He immediately said “we're using them now right?” 😆 sure we are…..once you get a soap dish and he did. Bar soap and I usually don't get along. My skin is really sensitive and it dries out so badly especially with bar soap. I am amazed because I actually was able to use the bar of soap in winter and not get all dried out. I actually felt moisturized and soft from just the soap before I used lotion. First bar of soap to do that. DOVE AND LEVER COULD NEVER!!

As a small business owner myself I know how important it is to have support. You won't be disappointed. Order from formosity for your last minute gifts or to gift yourself. They have the cutest idea with the create your own gift basket. Prices are on point.
Remember that someone is taking their time, their manual labor, their cost for supplies and their overhead costs. Small businesses don't mean small costs. Their prices are more than fair. You know what's in their items. You probably can't even correctly pronounce what's in the bars/candles at the store. Do you really want to put that on your skin or products you can trust by people you can trust to make them.
