I couldn't be happier with my new car. Everything is clean and runs great. Also, the price was very reasonable, and no high pressure sales tactics. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a used car.

I bought a 2020 Chevy Bolt from PA Direct Auto Sales a little over a month ago. Throughout the whole process, Chris was very informative and respectful. It was clear he wanted me to buy a car for my own needs, and did not pressure any decisions. He answered all of my questions, and the whole process was very smooth. I intend to make this car last for a while, but should I need another EV in the future, I will be coming back here.

Edit: I feel I should also mention this is my second car ever. I purchased my first one from an online car sales website during covid, so I was a little intimidated by going to an in-person dealership, but those worries were gone after having spoken with Chris!

Chris was very accommodating and helpful. Found a great car at an exceptional price, with no pressure to purchase. Chris informed us that although the vehicle passed inspection it would need new brakes soon, than surprising he offered to put new brakes on at no cost to us...I was shocked. I brought the car back 3 weeks later and Chris kept his promise and replaced the brakes on the car.
PADirect auto is the first place I will go next time I am looking for a used car.

Chris called me right away after my inquiry and was very friendly and accommodating, and scheduled a convenient time for me to come see the car. Chris was more than happy to let me inspect and test drive the car on my own terms, and let me take the car to an independent shop for a pre-purchase inspection. The car checked out great, and just as described, and I got it for a great price. Chris even had one of his folks follow me home to deliver the new car. All in all, a very easy, friendly and honest transaction and a great deal.

Update - FIVE STARS! I needed a car for my Mom. Without hesitation, called Chris again to find the exact car Mom needed. Chris was incredibly helpful and very responsive. We purchased the car with confidence; Mom was very happy with the purchase. Great experience - very nice car at a very reasonable price (way less than comparable vehicles I checked elsewhere). Our previous two purchases from PA Direct Auto have been running great. No pressure sales and top of the line service. We will be back for another car later this month for our son.

Just bought a Toyota Camry from Chris. It could not have been a better experience. I bought the car I needed at a great price. I can just tell that he takes great pride in his business. I was not rushed to make a decision - it was a quick and painless experience - no stress.. This is my second purchase from them and I highly recommend them. Fantastic customer service!
