What a great experience dealing with Roman ! He was completely upfront and honest . He answered all our questions and was more than understanding that we were coming up from Virginia Beach . He understood that i didn't want to make deposit over the phone because of all the scams but was willing to hold the item with a picture of the bank check .

I bought a 2001 Audi TT sight unseen from Alex roughly year and a half ago. I was worrying whether i will get what i paid for, and thankfully for me it worked out better than i expected. Alex and the team did a great job and made a video just for me of the vehicle running. That was a very nice extra step that no one else did for me before. This is my best used car dealer experience i had so far. Very diligent, updated me every step of the way, addressed every concern i had. They also checked the vehicle before it was shipped and fixed a few minor issues, and good part i did not have to pay for that. I only paid vehicle purchase price, processing fee and shipping. I had to pay shipping separately when i got the vehicle, which was not a problem. The vehicle passed inspection with no issues, just one headlight bulb was not working, and i could care less, i wish all used vehicles were like that. Would definitely recommend this dealer. Would not hesitate to buy my next car from him.

I strongly recommend this dealership! I purchased 2008 Nissan Sentra from them slightly over a year ago. This car is amazing, runs great and I did not have a single problem with it since I purchased it! I can't emphasize enough how happy I was with the deal they gave me. I purchased a 2012 Mini Cooper with 58k miles on it last month. My husband came with me to inspect the car and ensure it was as good as it appears online (it's a good idea to bring someone who knows about cars with you when you go car shopping!...especially used car shopping). He thoroughly checked it out and did a test run. We were mindful it is a USED vehicle so the minor scratches/missing buttons/etc didn't bother me. The important factors (engine, brakes, lights, etc) works wonderfully.

My main reason for purchasing the Mini is for work. Parking is terrible and this car can practically fit anywhere. It's also great on gas; 26 mpg.

Alex was so welcoming, kind, SINCERE and helpful. I actually chose his 2012 Mini because he did a very great job with his video; detailed and thorough. He also sounded down to earth and honest. Aside from that, his Mini was the most recent year with the lowest mileage and best body condition (looks almost new! A few people thought I purchased it new). He does a follow up to ensure I'm happy with my car, what a wonderful salesman.

As of today, I've had my Mini for nearly a month. I ran close to 700 miles on it, filled up on gas three times (I fuel up when my tank has 1/3 left; I play it safe), had the front tires replaced by Firestone all weather purpose tires, it's oil changed by a Mini dealership, and purchased a spare tire and tools kit (from said dealership) since that was missing.

Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and I absolutely love my Mini! My first car and I couldn't of picked a better dealership. Alex made it all so simple and easy, thanks again!
