Ladies at the desk are mostly helpful And I like my therapist.

Calling them is impossible. You have to sit through almost two minutes of an automated message. I can never find their New Paltz location online. They didn’t call me back when I was told they would. You have to need with the psychiatrist every month to have a prescription refilled which is very inconvenient for people who work full time and have other priorities. Save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else.

My therapist is great, my psychiatrist is great but the reception can be an issue. They never take a co pay if you don't have the money which is great. but More than often im finding myself arguing with reception, this place is only open on weds, so I called to reschedule my appt and it goes straight to kingston, so the person was like "well i need you information bc this isn't the right office YOU called kingston" so I explained to her that they were closed and it took me here and she said " well they are closed on weds" so I was getting kinda annoyed but there was nothing but attitude on the other line and i said " well what am i suppose to do, i just found out today that my daughters graduation is tomorrow, and i cant go, am i suppose to call ellenville tomorrow and cancel the same day???" thats when she finally stopped arguing with me. It was just annoying, it seems no one wants to do work. Other than that i don't really have any issues, parking is kinda a pain. i have to sometimes park at the library and walk over. My one therapist i had that i just left, she accused me of alot of things that i was not doing and instead of helping me through my problems she would just say it could be worst and push me along my way!
