My home generator needed service. I called Alpha and Omega was laid after hours. Rob answered the phone and explain that he could not service my unit. However, he was very very helpful and polite and directed me to two other companies that actually service my Centurion generator got nothing out of it and he went out of his way to help.

Bob was punctual, and insanely efficient yet, he wasn't only a professional, he was human, very understanding of my situation and handled it with actual compassion. He cared about my families safety way more than a profit. Thats not very common in this day and age. His work was certainly done with pride and massive experience. I won't ever use anyone else. Alpha & Omega came out the same day in answer to an emergency request for an outage issue. Owner Rob diagnosed the problem, made a temporary fix, and was back in a copule of days for a more extensive and permanent refit. The job required inside and outside work. At all stages, Rob kept us informed about the specifics of the problem in as much detail as we wanted. He and his son Rob did a beautiful job inside and out. They even made a few convenience modifications for basement lighting. A&O arranged for the appropriate inspections. It was not a small job but the price was fair and worth the professional work. We absolutely recommend them for home electrical work.

I would highly recommend Alpha&Omega Electric. Honest father/son family business. Quick response time and they offer emergency services also. Rob was extremely friendly courteous and professional. He went above and beyond to diagnose and repair the issue and made sure everything was safe and up and running in a timely fashion. They won't overcharge or try to sell you something you don't need and it's breath of fresh air to have a good honest contractor doing the right thing by the customer. Wonderful experience! I was in a hurry to get a fairly large job done. I got a quick appointment and both Rob Sr. and Rob Jr. were prompt and professional. They really knew their stuff and completed the whole job timely. They found a dangerous condition with my pool which I was unaware of. So glad they noticed that! They came back the next day to complete that as well and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend!
