Alan stopped by the check up on my residential thermal solar water heater and then was able to pivot to fix another issue with a circulator pump.
Through out the entire process, he explained how the system worked in a simple to understand way. Some providers can’t be bothered to explain or get uncomfortable with questions, but not him. He seems to subscribe to the philosophy that educated a customer is a happy customer, which is certainly case for me. Highly recommended!
Had Apex install 2 thermal systems and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them for anyone interested in going solar thermal.
