Pro Elite Plumbing & Heating

The pro elite team did all the plumbing for a new pool, and natural gas lines etc. They were great with scheduling since we had to coordinate Earthmovers with opening and closing trenches. Everything was photographed and documented for us and permits for the town. They also were able to troubleshoot the house heater that was not working correctly.

From start to finish everything was clear, clean and professional. The work was top notch and was done carefully and double and triple checked. On top of that Scott and his partner were great. They were patient friendly and very thorough. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Awesome experience. Incredibly professional, and very knowledgeable. What initially looked like a straightforward job turned out to be somewhat more complex but they sorted it out and took care of it at no additional cost. Would absolutely call them back for any other issues. Shout out in particular to John for just being all around awesome to deal with.

Friendly, professional service. Pro Elite installed a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal for me. Appears to be comprehensive and excellent work. Rather expensive, however, compared to other recent professional plumbing in my house.

I have nothing but the best things to say about these guys! First off, Ray is a true Pro Elite and knows his stuff inside and out (not to mention he's fully licenced in every aspect.) John and Matt are also just the best. They're all super good guys who take an enormous amount of pride in thier work. And the work speaks for itself! We moved into an old house in Wappingers and it was in dire need of plumbing & heating help. Ray and John and Matt have helped us in every step of our renewal / restoration journey. Here's what they've done for us so far in the past year -

1. Replaced our well pump and installed new pipes and a better filtration system.
2. Replaced / improved all the corroded valves and pipes to our kitchen sink, bathrooms, and shower.
3. Replaced our old sump pump.
4. Did all the new plumbing for our upstairs bathroom renovation, including removing old cast iron piping, installing new pvc pipes in the walls and floors, and correctly installing all of our new faucets and fixtures.
5. Removed our old oil boiler and water heater and installed a new Navian propane furnace and water heater, along with running propane lines outside the house to the propane tanks.

The work from these guys is absolutely top notch and truly looks like it's been done by artisans. I've never said this before, but I'm really proud of my pipes! I show them off to all our guests. They're always impressed :)
