Jay and his team seriously go above and beyond. I used him last year to install a water softener in my home. I got a quote from him and a couple of other local plumbers. The other plumbers I contacted were clearly going to cut corners and they were also quoting me higher! Jay did an amazing job with the installation. Jay also takes the time to explain everything and he answers all of my questions clearly and thoroughly. Other things I really like about Jay is that he texts me back and returns my calls within a few minutes almost every time. Recently I was having an issue with my sump pump. It wouldn't turn off and was making a very loud sound. Because of this, the motor was at risk of burning out. I texted Jay at 7:30am on a Friday morning and he texted me back immediately. We eventually hopped on a call and he explained that something was probably just getting stuck. He directed me to unplug the pump and monitor the water level until he could eventually make it over. This was not something he installed. When he came through, he was correct with his assessment and it was an easy fix. No charge. Jay is close by to where I live, but still, even if it was an easy fix, no parts replaced or installation needed, it was still his expertise and time out of his day that solved the issue. He could have charged me. Truly unbelievable service. Highly recommended. You will not regret working with Jay! Easiest 5 star review I ever wrote.

Jay went above and beyond for me . Fit me in his busy schedule . Called him the next day he fit me in . Very professional , does great work and very affordable . If I could give him 10 stars I would . I would recommend him to anybody who needs work done .

Jay came to our house within minutes of an emergency call for suddenly not having water. He was able to fix what turned out to be a simple problem within minutes! He was kind, honest and literally saved the day. Would call him again with any issues!
