Working with Fumarola was excellent from start to finish. Mike came out to provide an estimate for installing a water softener in our home. After receiving quotes from several other local companies, we found that Fumarola offered the same service at the best price.

Michele kept me informed throughout the ordering and installation process. Bill arrived on time for the installation and completed the work efficiently. The plumbing looks immaculate, and everything was cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I highly recommend Fumarola Plumbing, Heating & Cooling.

My experience with Fumarola Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling Company was great.They are easy to communicate via phone calls , text messages and e-mails, they do their job fast and a professional manner, friendly and the most important good listener about your concerns. I would have giving them 10 for stars ⭐️ because their way to work is beyond my expectations. Keep up with the good work. Nick is very professional, attentive, knowledgeable and he was very patient in listening to my concerns. He took his time explaining to me about what things needed to be fixed in the house. He took his time in showing me and explaining to me a new part that he had changed . Nick and his partner, couldn’t finished the work the same day , but they came back during the night time and made sure everything was okay in my house. I needed another appointment and Nick went beyond , because the company office was already close and I needed Nick to come back and finish the work at my house , I was worried about not having the next appointment but Nick took it upon himself and made the appointment for me . I am so thankful, they might not know this but I am so glad I have founded them in google search and saved my house from further damage. God bless Nick, Michele and every single one in the company . You guys deserve more than 100% because a company it’s not only about the money and the service they provide but what make them unique it’s the compassion and dedication they show for their clients ❤️

Downstairs zone was not reaching expected temperatures. Nick was on time, polite and professional. The company kept in constant contact via email and text to update me with scheduling, when the repairman was en route and a confirmation text that the work was completed. Also, they included a picture of the repairman indicating they pay particular attention to safety.

Nick explained the necessary repairs and was very efficient. Downstairs heat was back up and running in no time. Highly recommend.

We had a No heat problem. Their tech Nick responded promptly and took care of the problem with no hiccups. Fumarola Plumbing has been a pleasure to work with. Michele is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.They always send notifications of arrivals or any issues on hand. Definitely would recommend and use them again.

Nick came over, he was on time like he said. He was wonderful to work with. He did everything I asked for that I wanted done.He was very patient and considerate of the home owner. Answered all my questions that i asked with satisfaction. Will definitely use again. Also Michele in the office was most pleasant to talk to.
