I was visited by a bath planet sales person. I have been told by the scheduler that I did not have to pay or decide on the day of the visit that I had a year to decide about whether or not I wanted the.
The salesman spent the first half of the hour I spent with him belittling other companies and their pricing structure and work quality. I found this a waste of time. I wanted to know what he had to offer me when I finally found out I could see that the company does good work. However, the sales tactic used was to pressure me to take a price that day and that if I chose to wait the year that I was promised. I would pay what was almost double the amount for the job. This is a sales technique, which I find abusive and disrespectful. I was misled from the start about the timeframe of my decision-making process, so I found myself wondering how else am I being misled?
Roy and Jimmy, the technicians that removed an old tub and installed a new shower, were extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire job. I would recommend them to anyone for any plumbing and/or remodeling job. They were very through with their clean-up and also with the time they had scheduled to do the job. All the work performed, the planning of the job, and the quality/skill involved I would grade them an A+ !!! NICE JOB 👍🏻
I recently used bath planet and T.webber to renovate the bathroom in my condo.
I had a 20 year old bath tub that had seen better days and was in immediate need of replacement. Ron and the Bath planet crew did an awesome job replacing the tub and bath walls. Everything looks great and was done in a very short time span (very important as i only have one bathroom!). They were prompt, professional and hard working and i am thoroughly happy with the job they did. I would absolutely recommend them.
